Fetchwind watches public Reddit posts for buying intent that matches the business profile you give us, and shows you the matches with suggested replies. You decide what to do with them — we never post to Reddit on your behalf.
You sign in with an email link — no passwords. Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You must be at least 18 and using Fetchwind for a business purpose.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. We don't see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment entirely. You can cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Plan limits (profiles, leads per month, posts scored per day) are part of the plan you choose and are enforced automatically.
Don't use Fetchwind to spam, harass, or mislead anyone, to violate Reddit's rules, or to break the law. We can suspend accounts that do. The suggested replies are drafts — you're responsible for what you actually post, wherever you post it.
We work hard to surface good leads, but we can't guarantee any particular number of leads, response rate, or business outcome. Reddit content comes from a third-party data provider and can be delayed or incomplete. Fetchwind is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last three months.
You can cancel and delete your account whenever you like — email us and we'll remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can terminate accounts that break these terms.
