Your profile text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to score posts and draft replies — that's the product working, not advertising. We don't sell your data, share it with data brokers, or use it to train models. Each customer's data is isolated: no other Fetchwind customer can see your profile or your leads.
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Railway) in the United States. Sign-in email is delivered via Resend. Payments run on Stripe. Each of these processes only what's needed for their part of the service.
One cookie: your sign-in session (30 days). No analytics trackers, no third-party advertising cookies.
Email zak@fetchwind.com to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything in it — we remove profile, leads, and scoring history; Stripe retains transaction records as required for accounting. We answer within a few days.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll email you before it takes effect.
